Healing begins with feeling understood.

Natasha Massoudi

I'm glad you're here.

Seeking psychiatric care is a meaningful step, and finding the right physician matters. At Lilac Psychiatry, we strive to create a place where women feel comfortable bringing their whole selves, the questions, the challenges, the joys, and the hopes they carry.

We believe exceptional psychiatric care begins with listening. By taking time to understand your experiences, your goals, and the context of your life, we can work together to create a treatment plan that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and uniquely your own.

Life asks a great deal of women. You care for others. You build a career. You navigate relationships, celebrate new beginnings, and grieve unexpected losses, sometimes all within the same season. Wherever you find yourself today, you are welcome here, and your mental health deserves the same thoughtful attention you so often give to everyone else.

Why Women Choose Lilac

Physician-Led Care

Every visit is with a psychiatrist,
Dr. Massoudi. You receive continuity, depth, and the judgment that comes from advanced medical training.

Specialty Fellowship-Trained in
Women's Mental Health

Dr. Massoudi completed a women's mental health fellowship at an Ivy League hospital system. You receive expertise designed around the biology and life transitions unique to women.

Thoughtful Visits

Initial visits are 90 minutes, because real understanding takes time. You will not feel rushed.

Evidence-Based Medicine

Treatment is collaborative and individualized. Medication is one tool, not the entire plan. Therapy, lifestyle, and your own goals all shape the care you receive.
